The Marketing and Branding Manager will lead all marketing activities, enhance the company’s brand presence, and manage strategic content creation and dissemination. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing skills, content creation abilities, and experience in event planning and management. The ideal candidate is passionate about DeepTech branding and thrives in a growing startup environment. They will leverage their passion and expertise to drive our brand forward, ensuring we stand out in the DeepTech industry. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
    1. Develop and create high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, videos and social media posts
    2. Collaborate with the CTO and engineers to generate technical blogs that highlight new features, industry insights, and technical achievements
    3. Drive the BizOps team to document information related to past and ongoing jobs/deployments in a BizOps Track Record board, transforming this information into compelling case studies.
    4. Drive operations and sales teams to document media assets (e.g. pictures) in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Brand Management:
    1. Maintain and update the company website and other social media accounts with fresh content, ensuring it reflects the latest company developments and industry trends.
    2. Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all platforms.
  3. Event Planning and Management:
    1. Plan, prepare, and manage company participation in events and exhibitions.
    2. Market these events effectively to maximize exposure and engagement.
    3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  4. Lead Generation:
    1. Lead the ideation and execution of new marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads. This includes qualifying these leads and working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of these qualified leads.
    2. Drive lead generation through strategic content planning, business analytics, and LinkedIn page management.
    3. Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead conversion.
  5. Collaborative Efforts:
    1. Work closely with the sales and business development team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
    2. Engage with the engineering and product development teams to stay informed about new features and product updates.
  6. Strategy and Innovation:
    1. Ideate and lead new marketing initiatives to improve cross-functional collaboration and enhance overall company branding both online and offline.
    2. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to reduce inefficiencies and drive better results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Growth in offline and digital presence (LinkedIn follower count and engagement, website visit).
  2. Number and quality of created content pieces, including blogs and case studies.
  3. Success of events and exhibitions, measured by new leads generated, attendance and engagement metrics.
  4. Improvement in cross-functional collaboration related to marketing efforts.
  5. Timeliness and relevance of website content updates.
